I'm putting together a set of motorcycle plates from every issuing jurisdiction on the globe.  I NEED the ones below that are in RED.  I have all the US issues, including DC, all the Canadians, as well as territorials, and most of the national issues. The Bahamas motorcycles are also included in the Bahamas section - I now have all of the Bahamas islands.

Do you have one that's not listed, like some special temporary cycle, military forces (like US Forces In... etc)?? - LET ME KNOW! I'm interested, and will buy or trade, and bump up the total number I need - I'm looking for ALL of the foreign motorcycle plates!  Standard private motorcycle plates are my priority, but non-passenger versions are also of interest.

Pakistan - Have fancy silver/black with hearts - LOE 5302 - Cast iron passenger, from Karachi, number KAH over 3288 - have Urdu/Farsi variation, white on black dishpan hand painted, said to be from region with a large population of Afghan refugees.

Palau, Republic of  - Have first issue white/blue 1969 series motorcycle number 26 - Have 1980's vintage Government motorcycle, number 27.

Panama - Have duplicate issue, number M-05386 - Municipal Government mc, black on yellow CV-306 - 1977 motorcycle, maroon on green motorcycle - have 1993 Diplomatic motorcycle number 7, red on white MCD-7 - white on green 1978 motorcycle number 1072 - have 2003 Centennial series, with graphic.  

   

Papua New Guinea - Have current , vgex - Army motorcycle, with bird-of-paradize, number 105 - 1970's vintage Government motorcycle, red and black on white - have intermediate/short-term series motorcycle with PNG prefix, number 10902.

Paraguay - Have 74 VG San Ignacio, red on white with cut corner design, number 8-3939. - 1967 standard motorcycle, blue on yellow number 6164 - 1999 standard motorcycle, number K22208, with color crest - have 1961 issue, from Itaugua, number 590 - have 1960 Asuncion bike/moped plate, white on red number 182.

Peleliu - Have current graphic, number 69 - MINT - have a dated 1986 motorcycle, with no slogan, and different colored graphics - plate is second one issued.

Pemba - Have black on white single liner, hand painted.

Pennsylvania - Have recent series vanity motorcycle, number C00RS - 1956 Dealer, number 426 - have permanent Antique Historic motorcycle number D36, excellent original - 1953 motorcycle dealer number 100 - have very good/excellent original 1914 motorcycle (first year of issue) - 1933 motorcycle Dealer number 44, possibly only known example for this year.

Peru - Have current black/white ind.rp #8316 - heavy cast iron recent series private motorcycle number 8949 - black/orange Tri-moto plate (TRIC), number 2062 - 1990's vintage black/blue number 79211.

Philippines - Have  1961 Rizal's slogan issue, white on orange number 3815 - 1959 motorcycle number 5608 - 1960 motorcycle number 7566  - 1966 motorcycle number 770 - 1980 For Hire motorcycle number AC 222 - 1942 motorcycle from Tacloban, white on black, fair condition.


Pohnpei - Have 89 VG #3 - have 1986 "Kaselehlie" slogan issue number 177 - have 2007 issue motorcycle, number 2, well used - 2003 crested motorcycle number 29.

Poland - Have current bluestripe motorcycle, number WPR over X778 - Moped issue FZG X178 - recent white on black embossed steel, number OPH over 0350, vgex used - have 1940's vintage motorcycle, from Opole - have 1949 small motorcycle plate, white on green irp, very heavy embossed number KLC 2645 - have lighter weight embossed 1960's vintage moped, number LGI 0217 - yellow on black Opole town temporary number 05247 - white on black 1956 motorcycle, from the town of Szczecin .

Ponape - Have an undated 1969 white/blue number 0605, vg - 1984 series number 650.

Portugal - have standard 1970's vintage, hand painted on steel.

Prince Edward Island - Have 74 EX #1-473 - Dealer 1980's vintage, number DLR 078 - have 1983 motorcycle, MCA 918.

Puerto Rico - Have 93 passenger number 84921, excellent - motorcycle Dealer, 1975/76 number 6562X - Government motorcycle number 0238, used condition - have 1958-59 motorcycle, original white on blue number 3-505.
